Our History
Gillingham Primary School, pioneering educational institution in Dzivarasekwa since 1963, has been guided by inspiring leaders throughout its history. From Mr. Dzvova’s early leadership to the tenures of Mr. Akino, Mr. Mahere and Mr Jambawo, each leader has played a vital role in shaping the school’s legacy.
Mrs. Madzokere assumed leadership in September 2009, marking a new chapter for Gillingham Primary School. Under her guidance, the school underwent significant transformations, including ensuring ample furniture for all students and providing a comprehensive collection of textbooks for every subject.
